Privacy Policy — Truck Space

Effective October 11, 2026. Truck Space is published by Locs of Luxey LLC, 285 Centennial Olympic Park Dr, Unit 604, Atlanta, GA 30313.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address, password (stored encrypted by our provider Supabase), and the name you enter.
• Company info: company name, MC number, phone and email you choose to add.
• Work data: trucks, freight layouts and loads you enter. These are shared only with members of your company.
• Board posts: anything you post to the partials board (lanes, dates, equipment, rate, contact details) is visible to all signed-in Truck Space users until it expires or you delete it.
• Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; we keep your Stripe customer ID and plan status.

How we use it

Only to run the service: sign-in, syncing your company's data, showing board posts, and billing. We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising or third-party tracking.

Service providers

Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting).

Deleting your data

Delete board posts anytime. Delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account; if you are your company's only member, the company and its data are deleted too.

Children

Truck Space is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
