Effective October 11, 2026. Truck Space ("the service") is provided by Locs of Luxey LLC, 285 Centennial Olympic Park Dr, Unit 604, Atlanta, GA 30313 ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Truck Space is a planning tool for carriers and dispatchers: truck space layouts, load tracking, team sharing, and a partials board where users post open truck space and partial loads. We do not broker freight, are not a party to any agreement between users, and do not verify posts, rates, authority, insurance or safety records. Always verify a carrier or shipper (for example on FMCSA SAFER) before booking.
You must give accurate information and keep your password private. The person who creates a company is its owner and controls its plan and members. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Only post real, available capacity or freight you have authority to offer. No hazardous-materials misrepresentation, spam, fake posts, or contact harvesting. We may remove posts or suspend accounts that break these rules. Posts expire after 7 days.
New companies get a 14-day Pro trial with no card required. Paid plans (Pro and Fleet) renew monthly through Stripe until canceled. You can cancel anytime under Settings → Manage billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
You own the data you enter. We store it to run the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it or delete your account at any time in Settings.
The service is provided "as is." Load plans are estimates; you are responsible for legal weights, securement and safe loading. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
